Dawn Ipsen, PharmD, FACA, FACVP. Pharmacist and Owner of Kusler’s Compounding Pharmacy.
Dawn graduated from the University of Washington with a Doctorate of Pharmacy in 2001 where she received the Dean’s Outstanding Service Award. She holds memberships with the Professional Compounding Centers of America, National Community Pharmacists Association, American College of Veterinary Pharmacists, American College of Apothecaries and the Washington State Pharmacy Association. She is an Affiliate Faculty Member of the University of Washington School of Pharmacy. She is a Pharmacist Preceptor for the Washington State Board of Pharmacy and teaches Pharmacy students from both the University of Washington and Washington State University. She was named Washington State Distinguished Young Pharmacist of the Year in 2011 and Drug Topics Magazine Outstanding Pharmacist of the Year in 2002. Dawn presents on the topic of pharmaceutical compounding to physician, patient, and peer groups. She is dedicated to helping her community find solutions to medication problems through custom compounded medications.
Dawn has lived and worked in the Snohomish area for over 20 years. She enjoys being active in the Pacific Northwest with her husband and two beautiful daughters.
Shelby Bottemiller, PharmD. Staff Pharmacist at Kusler’s Compounding Pharmacy.
Shelby graduated from Washington State University, with Honors, in 2005 with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He has been working in pharmacy since 1998. He is an adjunct clinical professor with Washington State University. After many years working in independent and community pharmacy Shelby joined the team at Kusler's in 2016.
Alix Ravenel, PharmD. Staff Pharmacist at Kusler's Compounding Pharmacy.
Alix graduated with honors from Washington State University in 2008 with her Doctorate of Pharmacy. She also received a Bachelor of Science in Biology from WSU and played soccer for the women’s team. Alix has a combination of compounding, independent and retail experience since graduating in 2008 and loves that compounding allows endless possibilities to adapt to both patient and animal needs. She is passionate about helping people feel the best version of themselves.
Alix grew up in Oregon, but now lives in the Bothell area with her husband and 3 children.
Katie Healy, PharmD. Staff Pharmacist at Kusler's Compounding Pharmacy.
Katie graduated from University of Washington with her Doctorate of Pharmacy degree in 2017. She has been a member of the Kusler’s team since 2007, first as a Pharmacy Assistant and then as a Pharmacy Intern through her education. Through her internship she became experienced in helping solve medication problems and meet patient needs.
Katie has lived in the Snohomish area for most of her life and enjoys helping her community members. She enjoys exploring the outdoors, cycling, and spending time with family.
